Himegami - Full title Hakodate Youjin Buraichou Himegami
(箱館妖人無頼庁 ヒメガミ)
It’is an action manga set during the Meiji era.
Synopsis from the back:
During the beginning of the Meiji Era, a strategic town in the North, Hakodate, has become the nesting ground of mysterious monsters known as “youjin” (妖人).
It seems the world’s Great Powers are pulling the strings of the youjin.
Hyou, a 15 year old girl has been fighting the youjin alone up until now under the guise of the master samurai “Miburo”…
One evening, as Hyou was fighting for her life, she was saved by a noble, beautiful fighter, Himegami. Their meeting would affect each of their destiny. And now, the hidden truth behind history is going to start!
It reminds me a bit of Tetragrammaton Labyrinth or Venus Versus Virus but I think the degree of yuri is higher. (I’ve only read up to Vol 4 of both of the previous mangas though.) I’m not too fond of Himegami’s costume, but she does kick some butt, so I guess it’s all good.
Of course, there’s a bit of fanservice too, but it’s not too bad. Just keep looking at Himeka’s face.
I think the best part is the extra at the end which was only part of the tankoubon version.
There, the two look a bit of Ritsuka and Soubi from Loveless.

Interesting series! Yeah, they sure resemble Ritsuka and Soubi except Himegami’s more attached to Hyou. Her costume was kinda shocking
