Unfortunately, the DVD version wasn’t fully voiced either so I lost motivation to play it and just downloaded a save file and grabbed the images, so I can’t comment on the story.
Well the story is about a student Anri Anriette (short-black hair) in the bottom two images) looking for the true culprit behind a rape case on a ship with no men after she is accused, being the open lesbian she is. Someone actually tried to translate it a couple years ago and the unfinished translation is posted on gamefaqs. Not the scripts, though.
The guy translating said he’d be working on it again this Summer break, and his translation blog is at http://sngwip.blogspot.com/
Unfortunately, he hasn’t updated. In months.
So all those ‘forced’ ones are… well… *cough*
