This is the extra chapter in the tankoubon version of Aoishiro - Waltz of the Blue Castle (アオイシロ-青い城の円舞曲)
It did not appear in Yurihime.
The artist of the Comic High version of Aoishiro, Katase Yuu also makes a special drawing under the book cover.
Description:
Akita Momoko who entered Seijou Girls Academy is staying in the dorms.
Her roommate is Aizawa Yasumi and Momoko is drawn to her, but Yasumi is searching for a different girl.
Who is that girl…and what will become of Momoko’s feelings…!?
Based on the PS2 game Aoishiro and serialized in Yurihime, this story which takes place before the game has finally appeared.

Sure, np. Yah, Nami is cute. In the game when you set her as the system voice she makes these adorable noises since she can’t talk until you go through her route.

Akaiito manga is just one-shots with 4 pages total but so good at story-line of Uzuki & Kei’s promise

So, what Aoishiro goods are there?
- I know, that there are 2 Drama CDs, 1-2 OSTs, 2 Mangas and an artbook.

Hmm…well, the best list of goods is from Success’s official site, though they don’t list any Comiket Limited Edition goods.

So for the PS2 game, 2 special drama CDs came out. One from Amazon (the red one) and one for pre-ordering (the blue one).
(I think they’re really short I haven’t had a chance to listen to them yet.)
And then the official drama CD came out at Comiket.
Yes, the first link you have is from last year’s comiket and is a telephone card.
The 2nd link I think is just an illustration by the artist. It wasn’t included in any of the mangas I received.
The 3rd link, you’ll have to ask Natsuki-MaiHime about. I’m not sure what that’s from, though I wish it were a doujin!
I think there’s only one OST which has Nami on it. The one with the entire cast is a Drama CD I believe.
The last link seems to be a poster. Not sure where it’s from, perhaps one of the gaming magazines?
The Jive Fan books are guidebooks to the PS2 games. One was released for Akaiito and one for Aoishiro. The Aoishiro one comes with a mini-poster of Syouko+Nami and the reverse side has Syouko+Kei which is the same illustration as used for the July issue of Comic Rush.
Other goods: There were also 2 special telephone cards released this year for Comiket 74, one from Akaiito and one for Aoishiro but I wasn’t able to get them… >__<

They’ll have character goods which aren’t available from Amazon.
You’ll need some proxy service to bid on the auctions though which can also get quite expensive.
