Another chapter of ViVid. Somewhat less martial arts this time; quite a lot of exposition on the other hand, but we also get to see more Ein going cooldere for Vivio and… well, guess who’s back in action?

Kinda looks like the next chapter is gonna be mostly fanservice… oh well. Suppose we’re gonna have to wait a bit more for some real plot. ^-^;

Whew… quite a few interesting things have happened throughout this week, though I don’t really feel like writing about them now… My old iRiver H10 appears to have given up at least, so gotta get a new MP3 player; I’ll probably get an iRiver again, ’cause I loved the old one just that much. ^-^;

Found a cool CD shop in my vicinity, and I even managed to purchase an album I didn’t really hope to get any time soon… but maybe I’ll leave that for another time, ’cause now, sleep… but first, anime! I’ve recently found out that an episode or two of Hidamari Sketch is simply wonderful for some light respite.

Kinda exhausted due to a new addiction I discovered recently - that is, Flockdraw… give it a try, as it can be quite epic when it isn’t overrun by trolls and cancer. Actually there are two yuri rooms, yuri and yuri2; the basic idea is that when one is getting trolled to hell, you move to the other one and vice versa… during those rare periods of calm there might even be meaningful activity in both rooms at the same time! Otherwise, it mostly depends on which people are awake at the given moment - so it might require some lurking if you want to see the really interesting stuff.

By the way, I think I’ve been doing yuri translations for more than a year now… to be honest, this is the first time I have become really engaged in something. I kinda thought I’d have more to say on the occasion, but, uh, I don’t; maybe some other time. ^-^;

Turns out this is a story about Keine, Mokou and Kaguya.
It was quite amusing though.
Keine is such a sweet person (even if perhaps things went a little awry). =)

The author has published quite a few Rozen Maiden books.
I’ll probably work on the one I picked up since some of it was quite amusing.

Uh-huh… I was kinda hyped up about this chapter, but in the end I didn’t really like it that much. Oh well… I’m pretty sure some people will, though. ^-^;

The gorgeous and perfect Lucrezia has another of her brilliant ideas; as expected, the results prove quite different from her expectations. I wish Inori would be at least a little nicer to Luu… I really thought they were getting somewhere by the end of vol. 1. Well, guess you could also consider her an extreme case of tsundere, though… well, let’s see what the future will bring.

This reminds me… gotta have a look at Order of Ecclesia.

In other news:
I think people exaggerate a bit when complaining about Pokemon’s GTS; so far I’ve been able to get every monster I wanted in a matter of hours, days at worst. Nothing more to write here, as I really need to get some sleep…

Whew… Remember that Vivio-centered Nanoha manga that we’ve been working on and then stuff started happening to editors one after another? Well, here’s another two chapters if it. Thanks to… uh, I don’t really remember who for the raws, /u/ for editing the 8th chapter, and me for editing the 9th.

Uh-huh… I was hoping for some more story soon, but this Carnegie place sure looks like it could become the new Namek. I must say, it’s not like I suddenly have a problem with battling girls, but this martial arts fixation is getting slightly tiresome… (I generally prefer the mercenary types over honorable warriors, anyway!) At least the number of characters on stage seems to have been limited a good deal, and more Vivio x Ein cuteness is always welcome (not to mention the Mamas, of course).

In other news:
Finally received my new (well… second hand) NDS… a fun toy, gotta admit. ^-^

I was lucky enough to grab an old “Phat” as several people recommended… looks cool, but accessories are freakin’ hard to get! I even managed to migrate my saved game of Pokemon over from no$gba, and get things working (sorta) with my router. Tried out DSOrganize’s web browser; viewing (text mode) pages works very nicely, but for some reason it times out when I try to post a comment… now I feel tempted to invest in the official Opera browser, so I wonder if anyone’s had any experiences with it?

(Also, while we’re at it… uh huh… would someone happen to have a free Snorlax, or enough spare time to hatch one?)
